Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />July 18, 2011 <br />Page 3 of 7 <br /> <br />Stewart stated he agrees and believes the architectural integrity is stronger than the social <br />integrity. <br />Fasick asked if the applicant was intending to paint the house. <br />Kulcsar stated they were considering painting a color other than the current yellow color. <br />Fasick recommended blue, as shown in the historical photos. <br />Stewart stated the current colors were really nice. <br />Lewis offered to help with providing color ideas. <br />Tofte asked how long the applicant had been in the house. <br />Kulcsar stated they had been in the house since 1989. <br />Speier asked staff if the applicant should receive an HSA. <br />McCartney answered in the affirmative. <br />Koertje stated there might not be a need for an HSA.
