Walt seconded the motion. Motion passes unanimously. Approval of August 30th minutes Kelly made a motion to approve. the August 30, 2011 minutes. Scott seconded the motion. Motion passes unanimously: Post Office Box 471 Boulder, Colorado 80306 (303) 441 -3929 TDD Colorado Relay 1- 800- 659 -2656 Update on Board Membership Board Appointment of Chair and Vice -Chair Louisville Housing Authority (LHA) Resolution 2011 -06; A Resolution Designating the Chair of the Louisville Housing Authority Board Effective September 27, 2011 Scott made a motion to approve Resolution 2011 -06; designating Terri Abbott, as Chair and Walt Oehlkers as Vice- Chair, beginning immediately. Kelly seconded the motion. Motion approved unanimously. Louisville Housing Authority (LHA) Resolution 2011 -07 :A Resolution Approving the 2012 Annual Plan Mandated by United States Department and Urban Development (HUD) for Public Housing Program of the Housing Authority of the City of Louisville. Scott made a motion to approve Resolution 2011 -07, Kelly seconded the motion. Motion passes unanimously.
