<br />Section 29.21 Damaging City Property. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully, maliciously, <br />wantonly, negligently, or in any manner injure or destroy any <br />property owned by the city where such damage caused is valued at <br />less than $100.00. <br /> <br />Section 29.22 Damaging Private Property. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to wilfully, maliciously, <br />wantonly, negligently, or in any manner injure or destroy any <br />property belonging to any person where such damage caused is valued <br />at less than $100.00. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. Sections 29.29-5 and 29.29-6 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. the following sections are hereby added to <br />Chapter 29 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />Section 29.29-5 Curfew, Parents Responsibility. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian, or other person <br />having care or custody of any child under the age of fifteen (15) <br />years to allow or permit any such child to be or remain upon any <br />street, alley, or other public place subsequent to the hour of <br />12:00 P.M., or prior to the hour of 5:00 A.M., except for lawful <br />employment or unless there exists a reasonable necessity thereof; <br />or unless such child is accompanied by the parent, guardian, or <br />other person of the age of twenty-one (21) years having permission <br />of the parent or guardian to have the custody and care of such <br />child; provided, that Friday and Saturday nights, the curfew hours <br />shall be extended to the hour of 1:00 A.M. with permission of parents. <br /> <br />Section 29.29-6 Curfew, Childs Responsibility. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any child under the age of fifteen <br />(15) years to be or remain upon any street, alley, or other public <br />place subsequent to the hour of 12:00 P.M., or prior to the hour <br />of 5:00 A.M., except for lawful employment or unless there exists <br />a reasonable necessity therof; or unless such child is accompanied <br />by the parent, guardian, or other person of the age of twenty-one <br />(21) years having permission of the parent or guardian to have the <br />custody and care of such child; provided, that on Friday and <br />Saturday nights, the curfew hours shall be extended to the hour of <br />1:00 A.M., by permission of parents. <br /> <br />....b~(1I":y~1~~DUCED, READ,,~~:~.
