<br />SECTION 11. Section 4, Ordinance 466 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 12. The following section is hereby added to <br />Chapter 22, Ordinan~e 466 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />Section 4 Penalties <br /> <br />Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision <br />of the Uniform Fire Code shall be deemed guilty of a separate <br />offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which <br />any violation of any of the provisions of the Uniform Fire Code <br />is committed, continued or permitted. <br /> <br />SECTION lJ. Section 202(d) of the Uniform Building Code <br />as adopted by Ordinance 452 of the Louisville Municipal Code is <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 14. The following section is hereby added to <br />Chapter 22, Ordinance 45;~ of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />Section 202(d) <br /> <br />Right of Entry <br /> <br />Whenever necessary to make an inspection to enforce any of <br />the provisions of this Code, or whenever the Building Official <br />or his authorized representative has reasonable cause to believe <br />that there exists in any building or upon any premises, any <br />condition which makes such building or premises unsafe as defined <br />in Section 20J of this Code, the Building Official or his authorized <br />representative m~y enter such building or premises at all reasonable <br />times to inspect the same or to perform any duty imposed upon the <br />Building Official by this Code; provided that if such building <br />or premises be occupied, he shall first present proper credentials <br />and demand entry; and if such building or premises be unoccupied, <br />he shall first make a reasonable effort to locate the owner or <br />other persons having charge or control of the building or premises <br />and demand entry.
