<br />f. Sections 7006, 7007, 7008, and 7010 of the Appendix are <br /> <br />hereby deleted. <br /> <br />g. Section 202(d) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 202(d) Right of Entry <br /> <br />Whenever necessary to make an inspection to enforce <br />any of the provisions of this Code, or whenever the <br />Building Official or his authorized representative <br />has reasonable cause to believe that there exists in <br />any building or upon any premises, any condition <br />which makes such building or premises unsafe as <br />defined in Section 203 of this Code, the Building <br />Official or his authorized representative may enter <br />such building or premises at all reasonable times to <br />inspect the same or to perform any duty imposed upon <br />the Building Official by this Code; provided that <br />if such building or premises be occupied, he shall <br />first pre~:;;ent proper credentials and demand entry; <br />and if such building or pr.mises be unoccupied, <br />he shall first make a reasonable effort to locate <br />the owner or other persons having charge or control <br />of the building or premises and demand entry. If <br />such entry is refused, the Building Official or his <br />authorized representative shall have recourse to <br />every reml~dy provided by law to secure entry. <br /> <br />"Authorized Representative" shall include the officers <br />named in Section 202(a) and (b) of this Code. <br /> <br />h. At le,ast three (3) copies of the Uniform Building <br /> <br />Code, 1976 edition, Volulme 1, as Amended and as amended and deleted <br /> <br />herein, and at least three (3) copies of the Uniform Building Code <br /> <br />Standards, 1976 edition, as amended, and as amended and deleted <br /> <br />herein, published by the International Conference of Building <br /> <br />Officials, all certified to be true, shall be available at the <br /> <br />office of the City Clerk for referece by any interested person <br /> <br />between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, <br /> <br />holidays excepted. The "Building Code" as finally adopted shall be <br /> <br />available for sale to the public through the office 'of the City <br /> <br />-3- <br />
