<br />A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday through Fiiday, holidays excepted. The <br /> <br />"Mechanical Code" as finally adopted shall be available for sale <br /> <br />to the public through the office of the City Clerk at a ~oderate <br /> <br />price. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. <br /> <br />The following penalty clause as contained in the <br /> <br />Uniform Mechanical Code, 197~ Edition, as a~ended, is herewith set <br /> <br />forth in full and adopted: <br /> <br />Section 202. Violations and Penalties. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to <br /> <br />erect, install, alter, repaii, relocate, add to, replace, use, or <br /> <br />maintain heating, venilating, cooling, or refrigeration equipment <br /> <br />in the jurisdiction, or cause or permit the same to be done, contrary <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />r in violation of any of the provisions of this Code. <br /> <br />Main- <br /> <br />tenance of equipment which was unlawful at the time it was installed <br /> <br />and which would be unlawful under this Code if installed after the <br /> <br />effective date of this Code, shall constitute continuing violation <br /> <br />of this Code. <br /> <br />Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions <br /> <br />of this Code shall be deE,med guilty of a misdemeanor, and eaoh such <br /> <br />person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and <br /> <br />every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of <br /> <br />the provisions of this Code is committed, continued, or permitt@d, <br /> <br />and Jpan conviction of any such violation such person shall be pun- <br /> <br />ishable by a fine of not more than $300.00, or by imprisonment for <br /> <br />not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. <br /> <br />Introduced and adopted on second and final reading this /9#::- <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />Hfli!.iL.:.____, 1 9 '7'7 . <br /> <br />Passed and adopted <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />second and final reading this <br /> <br />/ 11:1- <br /> <br />day <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />mil'! <br />. <br /> <br />1977. <br /> <br />//l ~ <br />/ ,,/ - <br />l0Mc, /i- M------ <br /> <br />(/ Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />i2(J/~) Jj/~k) <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />
