(E) Residential Medium Density R-M - This district is comprised of ar~as which are primarily used for or permit multi- family development at duplex or townhouse densities. (F) Residential High Density R-H - This district is comprised of areas primarily used for multi-unit residential development at apartment densities. It is a district to provide a high range of housing types to meet diversities in the housing market. (G) Commercial Neighborhood C-N - This district is comprised of areas to provide for convenience shopping areas within which the daily needs of the surrounding areas can be satisfied which contains no store of a type which would encourage traffic from another area to come through the neighborhood to shop at this particular center. (H) Commercial Community C-C - This is a district comprised of areas to provide for a restricted range of retail sales and services including opportunities for a limited variety of comparative shoppers goods. (I) Commercial Bus:iness C-B - This is a dis tric t compr ised of areas to provide for a full range of retail sales and services including opportunities for a complete variety of comparative shoppers goods. (J) Industrial I - This district is comprised of areas which are primarily developed for non-offensive types of industry, processing and manufacturing activities. SECTION J.
