<br />(E) Residential Medium Density R-M - This district is <br /> <br />comprised of ar~as which are primarily used for or permit multi- <br /> <br />family development at duplex or townhouse densities. <br /> <br />(F) Residential High Density R-H - This district is comprised <br /> <br />of areas primarily used for multi-unit residential development <br /> <br />at apartment densities.
