<br />ORDINANCE NO. 560 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 13, CHAPTERS 13.04 <br />AND 13.08 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO <br />INCREASE THE WATER AND SEWER TAP FEES. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the costs of improving, expanding, and maintaining the <br /> <br />water and sewer systems of the City of Louisville; and I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the increased costs <br /> <br />of the City should be reflected by the water and sewer tap fees; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CIY OF LOUISVILLE I COLORADO: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 499, amending Section 2 of Ordinance <br /> <br />402 I Chapter 13.08 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The following section is hereby added to Ordinance 402, <br /> <br />Chapter 13.08 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />Section 2. Tap Fee <br /> <br />Upon payment of the tap fee I the owner remains responsible for all <br /> <br />labor and excavation in connection with the installation of the sewer tap. <br /> <br />The City shall do all necessary inspection and the Director of Public <br /> <br />Works shall cause inspection to be made to determine that all of the work <br /> <br />performed is in accordance with the National Plumbing Code. <br /> <br />The tap fee shall be computed as follows: <br /> <br />I. ResidenHal <br /> <br />Sfngle Family <br />Multiple Family <br /> <br />Mobile Home Park <br /> <br />$800.00 per unit <br />800.00 first unit <br />800.00 each additional unit <br />800.00 first unit <br />800.00 each additional unit <br /> <br />II. Commercial <br /> <br />1. Motels I apartment <br />houses I hotels and <br />other commercially <br />operated rental units <br /> <br />$800.00 per unit <br />800.00 each additional unit <br />
