Industrial Waste The tap fee shall be 1/2 of the water tap fee as computed by the Water Works Ordinance currently in effect without regard to that portion of the tap fee the related to automatic fire protection. The minimum tap fee in any event shall be $800.00. The City of Louisville reserves the right to negotiate tap fees where a commercial user proposes to dump sewage into the Municipal Sewer System which will exceed the safe chemical limits of content established by the Louisville City Engineer or will otherwise create special treatment problems due to chemical content of the sewage. In addition, a $5.00 inspection fee shall be charged for each tap installed. SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 500, amending Table B of Section I of Ordinance No. 446, Chapter 13.04 of the Louisville Municipal County is hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
