HR Manager Hix said there would be certain <br />information, eg. social security numbers, that would only be available to HR staff. <br />Mayor ProTem Marsella asked if this new software would interface with ADG. An interface <br />would need to be written for the 2 programs to talk to each other and it’s likely Epicor would <br />write that interface since they write 90% of the interfaces for the companies they serve. <br />th <br />The contract with Epicor will be presented to Council at the October18Meeting. <br />Update/Discussion –Draft Impact Fee Study –Chris Cullinanof TischlerBise <br />The City of Louisville is required to review impact fees every 5 years. Discussion occurred on what capital projects were included in the study <br />under what categories, data sources, and methodology. The Impact Fee Study will be <br />th <br />forwarded to City Council for review/approval on October 4. <br />City Manager’s Report <br />City Manager Fleming notified City Council that he will be requesting their approval for a 2011 <br />th <br />budget amendment at the September 20City Council to request additional funding to hire a <br />permits technician for the Building Division. This new position replaces a 20 hour <br />administrative assistant position and the additional budget request is to hire this position as a <br />full-time (40 hour) permits technician. Adding another permits technician will help the division <br />manage residential and commercial development permits and bring the total of permits techs <br />to two for the division. <br />City Manager reviewed the advanced agenda and the Mayor reminded everyone of the Joint <br />th <br />Meeting with the Boulder Valley School Board on Thursday, September 15, and the Joint <br />th <br />Meeting with the Fire District on September 27. <br /> <br />
