Proiect Accounting. Expenditure of funds from each grant will be documented <br />separately by the City and Consultant (as defined in Section 6) to ensure dollars <br />spent coincide with task deliverables assignable to each funding source. <br />5. Scope of Work. The scope of work (Scope) and cost for the Study are shown in <br />Exhibit B. No changes to the Scope shall be made without prior written <br />agreement between the City and RTD. <br />6. Consultant. The City shall issue a Request for Proposals to engage one or more <br />consultants (Consultant) to conduct the Study. The City shall choose the <br />Consultant after considering the recommendation of a committee consisting of <br />representatives from the City, RTD, CDOT, and Boulder County (Committee). <br />RTD and the City shall each be entitled to review the form of Consultant's <br />contract prior to award, and RTD shall advise the City of changes necessary to <br />comply with grant or other RTD requirements. Compliance with RTD requested <br />changes shall be a condition of receipt of Grant funding through RTD for the <br />Study. The City and Consultant shall be the parties to the consulting contract(s) <br />and the City as the contracting agency shall have authority for administration of <br />the consultant contract(s). <br />7. Review. The City shall manage all work performed by any Consultant for the <br />Study. RTD shall have the opportunity to review and comment upon all <br />documents, drawings, exhibits, etc., produced by the Consultant as part of the <br />Study, including preliminary drafts. RTD shall withhold payment of the last ten <br />percent (10 %) of the Grant funding until it has had an opportunity to provide <br />comments on the final draft of the Study, prior to adoption by the City. Any <br />property or information provided by RTD for the Study remains the property of <br />RTD and shall be returned to RTD upon completion of the Study. RTD shall be <br />250 <br />
