He distributed copies of an ad about an HBO Go app (application), which
allows people to watch HBO from a smart phone, tablet or computer, providing they
have a subscriptions to HBO and the television provider (cable or satellite). The cost of
a Comcast Cable subscription is $60.99 a month. He asked why a cable television
subscription is needed in order to watch an HBO app on your smart phone. He referred
to Comcast's Xfinity's programming and illegal activities. From his perception, the City
officials are in collusion with the cable television provider and he would stand in witness
to the City Council's disrespect for their offices, rule of law, the political process in the
City, the Country and for their constituents, the residents of Louisville.
Michael Menaker, 1827 W. Choke Cherry Drive, Louisville, CO addressed the recently
approved Downtown Parking and Pedestrian Plan. He noted the Mayor and Police
Chief have designated parking spaces and three spaces were taken by Public Works
• vehicles. He asked the Public Works Department to park their vehicles in the
underground parking at the library.
