<br />2.12.050 Standing Committees <br /> <br />At the first regular meeting following each general municipal <br />election the mayor shall appoint the following standing committees: <br /> <br />A. Finance; <br />B . Cemetary; <br />C. Fire. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Section 2.32.030, Chapter 2.32 of the Louisville <br /> <br />Municipal Code is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. The following section is hereby added to Chapter <br /> <br />2.32, Title 2 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />2.32.030 Powers <br /> <br />The municipal judge shall have the power to issue local <br />rules of operation or procedure consistent with any rules of procedure <br />adopted by the Colorado supreme court. He shall have all powers incident <br />to a court of record in relation to the attendance of witnesses, the punish- <br />ment of contempt, and to enforcing the orders of court; provided, that no <br />imprisonment for contempt shall exceed five days and no fine for such <br />case shall exceed one hundred dollars. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. Section 3.20.050, Chapter 3.00 of the Louisville <br /> <br />Municipal Code is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. The section is hereby added to Chapter 3.20, Title <br /> <br />3 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />3.20.050 Schedule <br /> <br />The tax imposed by Section 3.20.030 shall be collected in <br />accordance with the latest tables as issued by the State of Colorado, <br />Department of Revenue, which reflect all state, county, city and <br />special service district sales taxes which are applicable. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. Section 5.12.130, Chapter 5.12 of the Louisville <br /> <br />Municipal Code is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. The following section is hereby added to Chapter <br /> <br />5.12, Title 5 of the Louisv:Ll1e Municipal Code: <br /> <br />5.12.130 No examination required <br /> <br />All persons who have been previously licensed by the city, <br />under the provisions of Section 5.12.080 through 5.12.350, to engage <br />in the trades, jobs, or contractual services, shall not be required to be <br />examined; proviqied, however, that all persons must hold a license issued <br />by the state, if required by the state, before engaging in any trade, job, <br />I <br />or contractual service withjln the city limits. <br /> <br />SECTION 12. Section 8.16.040, Chapter 8.16 of the Louisville <br /> <br />Municipal Code :is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />-2- <br />
