<br />ORDINANCE NO. 586 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />ENTITLED " ZONING" BY REZONING THREE <br />PARCELS OF PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS I the City of Louisville has previously zoned certain real <br /> <br />property I and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS I the Planning Commission of the City of Louisville has <br /> <br />recommended that said real property be rezoned and that said rezoning <br /> <br />amendment is necessary; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE I BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Louisville I Colorado: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That Chapter 17.04 I Section 17.04.050 of the <br /> <br />Municipal Code of the City of Louisville I entitled Zoning Map I shall <br /> <br />be amended to rezone the following described property and that the <br /> <br />tract shall be rezoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the <br /> <br />description below: <br /> <br />That area bounded by the Coal Creek Junction (Train area) <br />on the north I Front Street if extended on the east I Harper <br />Street on the south and the C & S Railway tracks on the <br />west I more specifically defined as Blocks 1 - 6 I Block 4 <br />and Front Street extending from Harper to Frost Street I <br />all of the Caledonia Place Subdivision. <br /> <br />Said parcel shall be rezoned - Commercial Business - C-B <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That Chapter 17.04 I Section 17.04.050 of the Municipal <br /> <br />Code of the City of Louisville I entitled Zoning Map I shall be amended to <br /> <br />rezone the following described property and that the tract shall be rezoned <br /> <br />in accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below: <br /> <br />That area generally bounded by and including Elm Street <br />(if extended to the east) on the north, the C & S Railway <br />Tracks on the east I the existing old railroad right-of-way <br />(if extended to the east) on the south and Front Street on <br />the west; (the "Old Mill Vicinity") more specifically defined <br />by the following two legal descriptions: <br /> <br />A portion of the Southeast one quarter of Section 8 I Township <br />1 South I Range 69 West of the 6th P.
