<br />Commencing at a point on the West right-of-way line of <br />the Colorado and Southern Railroad, from whence the <br />Southeast corner of said Section 8 bears South 29041 '34" <br />Ea st a distance of 1029. 61 feet, said point being the true <br />point of beginning; thence South 81004'21" West a distance <br />of 128.86 feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of <br />County road #" 124 as defined by Murphy Place Subdivision, <br />said point also being on the South right-of-way line of the <br />Acme Spur; thence North 15004' 10" West and along the <br />East right-of-way line of County road #" 124 a distance of <br />61.14 feet to a point on the North right-of-way line of the <br />Acme Spur; thence on a curve to the left, said curve also <br />being the North right-of-way line of the Acme Spur, whose <br />center bears North 52020'54" West, having a delta of <br />36022'12", a radius of 458.34 feet, a distance of 290.94 <br />feet measured along the arc to a point on the West right-of- <br />way line of the Colorado and Southern Railroad; thence South <br />08048'37" East and along the West right-of-way line of the <br />Colorado and Southern Railroad a distance of 312.46 feet <br />to the true point of beginning, containing .475 acres. <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner, Block Four, to the <br />original Town of Louisville, thence South ten feet to corner <br />No.1, the true point of beginning; thence Easterly along <br />South line of alley two hundred twenty-one feet, more or <br />less, to corner No.2, said corner No.2 being the intersec- <br />tion of the South line of said alley extended East with Acme <br />switch; thence Southwesterly along the curve of said Acme <br />Switch to corner No.3, said corner No. 3 being the inter- <br />section of Acme switch with West line of County Road #" 124, <br />said corner No.3 bears South 21041' West 455 feet, more <br />or less, from corner No.2, thence North 14012' West, <br />435 feet, more or less, to place of beginning; excepting a <br />strip for County road #" 124, described in Road Book "B" <br />page 239 of the records of the County Clerk and Recorder's <br />office of Boulder County; said tract being in the Southeast <br />1/4 of the SouthE~ast 1/4 of Section Eight, Township One <br />South, Range 69 West, said Boulder County, Colorado. <br /> <br />Said parcel shall be rezoned - Commercial Business - C-B. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. That Chapter 17.04, Section 17.04.050 of the Municipal <br /> <br />Code of the City of Louisville, entitled Zoning Map, shall be amended to <br /> <br />rezone the following described property and that the tract shall be rezoned <br /> <br />in accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northeast corner of Parkwood Subdivision, <br />Louisville, Colorado; thence North 22.81 feet along the <br />West line of Section 8 I Township 1 South I Range 69 West, <br />of the 6th P. M. j' to the centerline of the Goodhue Ditch; <br />thence South 79053' East along said ditch 139.00 feet to <br />the point of intersection of the centerline of the alley of <br />Block 2, Fischer Subdivision projected Northerly; thence <br />South along said alley centerline 76.37 feet to the point <br />of intersection with the centerline of Harper Street; thence <br />West 302.2 feet to the point of intersection with the East <br />line of Parkwood Subdivision, also the West line of said <br />Section 8; thence North 196.56 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Said parcel shall be rezoned Residential Medium Density - R-M. <br />
