<br />3. Mobile home park I nine hundred dollars per unit. <br /> <br />B. The tap fee for commercial uses shall be as follows: <br /> <br />1. For motels I apartment houses I hotels and other commercially <br /> <br />operated rental units I the tap fee shall be nine hundred <br /> <br />dollars per unjlt. <br /> <br />2. For shops I stores I schools I industrial plants I service <br /> <br />stations I car washes I restaurants and like commercial <br /> <br />industrial uses I the tap fee shall be one half of the water <br /> <br />tap fee as computed by the waterworks ordinance currently <br /> <br />in effect I without regard to that portion of the tap fee that <br /> <br />related to automatic fire protection. That minimum tap fee <br /> <br />in any event shall be nine hundred dollars. <br /> <br />D. In the event that a tap is not put in service by the owner within <br /> <br />a year from the purchase date thereof I the City shall require the payment <br /> <br />of an amount equal to any increase or increases in the tap fees which <br /> <br />have ocurred since the purchase of said tap. <br /> <br />SECTION 9.
