The following section is hereby added to chapter <br />3.24 of Title 3 of the Louisville Municipal Code; <br />3. 2l,-. 040 Applicability. <br /> <br />The parks and recreational fee shall apply to only new con- <br /> <br />struction and shall not apply to alterations or additions to an <br /> <br />existing structure or to remodeling, improvements, or additions to <br /> <br />a structure subsequent to the issuance of the origin-ai_Certificate' <br />of Occupancy under Title is for said structure. The fee shall not <br /> <br />apply to the construction of an accessory structure.
