Councilman Keany reviewed a Memorandum from the Boulder County Board of <br />Commissioners, which involves funding for improvements on Arapahoe Road. He <br />explained that Boulder County entities, including the City of Lafayette, City of <br />Louisville, City of Boulder, and Town of Erie, need to organize to try to reach an <br />understanding with the Colorado Department of Transportation on the issue prior to the <br />February 16, 2000 Denver Regional council of Governments meeting. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council approve Resolution No. 11, Series 2000, A Resolution <br />Concurring with the Position Outlined in the Memo and Authorizing Representation at <br />these Meetings, seconded by Howard. All in favor. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION - ANNUAL EVALUATION OF CITY <br /> ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br />The City Clerk read Section 2.90.050 Public statement, of the Louisville Municipal Code <br />regarding the rules of Executive Session. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that the Mayor, City Council, and City Attorney go into Executive <br />Session to discuss the annual evaluation of the City Administrator, seconded by Sisk. <br />The Mayor and City Council, and City Attorney went into executive session at 10:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The Council meeting reconvened at 11:29 p.m. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that during the Executive Session, Council discussed the operation of the <br />City, and specifically, each councilors thoughts on the matter. <br /> <br />Brown moved that the Mayor and Mayor Pro-Tem be authorized to discuss the results of <br />the evaluation with the City Administrator, seconded by Howard. All in favor. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney, informed the Mayor and City Council that if they wished to <br />attend the arguments and Motions to Dismiss in the Paradise Lane litigation, it is <br />scheduled for Wednesday, February 8, 2000, at 9:00 a.m. in Federal Court. <br /> <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, reminded the Council of the work session scheduled <br />for Thursday, February 3, 2000, at 7:30 a.m. <br /> <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS AND COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br /> <br />
