<br />more than one of the previously mentioned building occupancies in this section <br />per every two (2) years and does not enlarge, alter, repair, improve or <br />convert more than one of the previously mentioned building occupancies <br />in this section per everyone year. <br />(e) Applications under this exception clause shall be pro- <br />cessed as are all other applications for permits and permits shall be <br />issued only in accordance with those portions of the building, electrical, <br />plumbing, gas fitting, warm air heating, boilers and pressure vessels <br />regulations which relate to structural, technical and safety requirements. <br />Section 4. Repeal.
