ORDINANCE # 514 AN ORDINANCE: PROVIDING FOR A GENERAL PENALTY ORDI.NANCE FOR THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO. SECTION 1. Sections 32.1 through ,32.,3 of the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby repealed. SECTION 2. The following section is hereby added to Chapter ,32 of the Louisville Municipal Code: Section ,32.1 General Penalty Ordinance No person shall violate any of the provisions of the ordinances of the City of Louisville. Except in cases where a different punishment is prescribed by any ordinance of the City of Louisville, any person who shall violate any of the provisions of the ordinances of the City of Louisville, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $,300.00, or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense for each and every day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of the ordinances of Louisville, Colorado, is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and he shall be punished accordingly. SECTION,3. Section 1,3-1-28 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed. SECTION 4. The following section is hereby added to Chapter 1,3, Ordinance ,377, of the Louisville Municipal Code: Section 1,3-1-28 Unlawful Acts. It shall be unlawful for any person to use or take water from the City water works without a permit therefore, or to make any fraudulent representation for the purpose of obtaining water, or for any person to take or use water from the water works for a different purpose or purposes than provided in the customer's permit, or for any person to willfully or unreasonably waste water, or for any person to violate any of the regulations set forth in this chapter. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a violation hereof and shall be subject to the provisions of the general penalty ordinance, Section ,32.1. SECTION 5. The following section is hereby added to Chapter 20, Ordinance ,382, of the Louisville Municipal Code: Section 20.,3,3-14 Violations, Penalty. Any person who shall violate any provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a violation hereof and shall be subject to the provisions of the general penalty ordinance, Section ,32.1. SECTION 6. The following section is hereby added to Chapter 20, Ordinance 480, of the Louisville Municipal Code: Section 10 Violations, Penalty. Any person who shall violate any provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a violation hereof and shall be subject to the provisions of the general penalty ordinance, Section ,32.1. SECTION 7. The following section is hereby added to Chapter 14, Ordinance 402, of the Louisville Municipal Code: -1-
