<br />ORDINANCE # 514 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE: PROVIDING FOR A GENERAL <br />PENALTY ORDI.NANCE FOR THE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Sections 32.1 through ,32.,3 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The following section is hereby added to <br />Chapter ,32 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />Section ,32.1 General Penalty Ordinance <br /> <br />No person shall violate any of the provisions of the <br />ordinances of the City of Louisville. Except in cases where <br />a different punishment is prescribed by any ordinance of the <br />City of Louisville, any person who shall violate any of the <br />provisions of the ordinances of the City of Louisville, shall <br />be punished by a fine of not more than $,300.00, or by <br />imprisonment not to exceed ninety days, or both such fine <br />and imprisonment. <br /> <br />Each such person shall be guilty of a separate offense <br />for each and every day during any portion of which any violation <br />of any provision of the ordinances of Louisville, Colorado, <br />is committed, continued or permitted by any such person, and <br />he shall be punished accordingly. <br /> <br />SECTION,3. Section 1,3-1-28 of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 4. The following section is hereby added to <br />Chapter 1,3, Ordinance ,377, of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />Section 1,3-1-28 Unlawful Acts. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person to use or take water <br />from the City water works without a permit therefore, or to <br />make any fraudulent representation for the purpose of obtaining <br />water, or for any person to take or use water from the water <br />works for a different purpose or purposes than provided in the <br />customer's permit, or for any person to willfully or unreasonably <br />waste water, or for any person to violate any of the regulations <br />set forth in this chapter. Any person who violates any of the <br />provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a violation <br />hereof and shall be subject to the provisions of the general <br />penalty ordinance, Section ,32.1. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. The following section is hereby added to <br />Chapter 20, Ordinance ,382, of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />Section 20.,3,3-14 Violations, Penalty. <br /> <br />Any person who shall violate any provisions of this ordinance <br />shall be guilty of a violation hereof and shall be subject to <br />the provisions of the general penalty ordinance, Section ,32.1. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. The following section is hereby added to <br />Chapter 20, Ordinance 480, of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />Section 10 Violations, Penalty. <br /> <br />Any person who shall violate any provisions of this ordinance <br />shall be guilty of a violation hereof and shall be subject to the <br />provisions of the general penalty ordinance, Section ,32.1. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. The following section is hereby added to <br />Chapter 14, Ordinance 402, of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />-1- <br />
