Section 9. Violations, Penalty. Any person who shall violate any provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a violation hereof and shall be subject to the provisions of the general penalty ordinance, Section )2.1. SECTION 8. The following section is hereby added to Chapter 1), Ordinance 445, of the Louisville Municipal Code: Section 5. Violations, Penalty. Any person who shall violate any provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a violation hereof and shall be subject to the provisions of the general penalty ordinance, Section )2.1. SECTION 9. Section 25-11-112, Ordinance of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed. SECTION 10. The following section is hereby added to Chapter 25, Ordinance 407 of the Louisville Municipal Code: Section 25-11-112 Penalty. The owner or owners of any building or buildings or premises or part thereof where anything in violation of this Ordinance exists or is placed or maintained; any architect, builder, or contractor who assists in the commission of any such violation; and all persons or corporations who violate or maintain any violation of any of the provisions of this Ordinance or who fail to comply therewith or with any requirements thereof or who build in violation of any statement of plan submitted and approved thereunder shall, for each and every violation or noncompliance, be guilty of a violation hereof and shall be subject to the provisions of the general penalty ordinance, Section )2.1. SECTION 11. Section 22A-8, Ordinance 405, of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed. SECTION 12. The following section of Chapter 22 is hereby added to the Louisville Municipal Code: Section 22A-8 Violations, Penalties. It shall be unlawful for any person, to erect, construct, enlarge, alter,. repair, move, improve, convert, or demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure in the city or cause the same to be done contrary to or in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall us deemed guilty of a violation hereof and shall be subject to the provisions of the gsneral penalty ordinance Section )2.1. The suspension or revocation of any license, permit or privilege conferred by the city shall not be deemed a penalty for the purposes of this section.
