<br />Section 9. <br /> <br />Violations, Penalty. <br /> <br />Any person who shall violate any provisions of this ordinance <br />shall be guilty of a violation hereof and shall be subject to the <br />provisions of the general penalty ordinance, Section )2.1. <br /> <br />SECTION 8. The following section is hereby added to Chapter <br />1), Ordinance 445, of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />Section 5. <br /> <br />Violations, Penalty. <br /> <br />Any person who shall violate any provisions of this ordinance <br />shall be guilty of a violation hereof and shall be subject to the <br />provisions of the general penalty ordinance, Section )2.1. <br /> <br />SECTION 9. Section 25-11-112, Ordinance of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 10. The following section is hereby added to Chapter <br />25, Ordinance 407 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />Section 25-11-112 Penalty. <br /> <br />The owner or owners of any building or buildings or premises <br />or part thereof where anything in violation of this Ordinance <br />exists or is placed or maintained; any architect, builder, or <br />contractor who assists in the commission of any such violation; <br />and all persons or corporations who violate or maintain any <br />violation of any of the provisions of this Ordinance or who <br />fail to comply therewith or with any requirements thereof or who <br />build in violation of any statement of plan submitted and approved <br />thereunder shall, for each and every violation or noncompliance, <br />be guilty of a violation hereof and shall be subject to the <br />provisions of the general penalty ordinance, Section )2.1. <br /> <br />SECTION 11. Section 22A-8, Ordinance 405, of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 12. The following section of Chapter 22 is hereby <br />added to the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />Section 22A-8 Violations, Penalties. <br /> <br />It shall be unlawful for any person, to erect, construct, <br />enlarge, alter,. repair, move, improve, convert, or demolish, <br />equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure in the <br />city or cause the same to be done contrary to or in violation of <br />any of the provisions of this chapter. Any person violating any <br />of the provisions of this chapter shall us deemed guilty of a <br />violation hereof and shall be subject to the provisions of the <br />gsneral penalty ordinance Section )2.1. <br /> <br />The suspension or revocation of any license, permit or <br />privilege conferred by the city shall not be deemed a <br />penalty for the purposes of this section. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED, READ AND ORDERED published this <br />.J)e/lr?
