The property in question is Lots 5 and 6 of the Old Town Louisville Subdivision and <br />is located on the northwest corner of Pine Street and Elm Street. <br />The property is zoned Commercial Community (CC) and currently contains a 1,012 foot structure <br />housing the Altan Alma Organic Farm Store, operated by Mr. Arnirfathi, and the Radcliff Custom <br />Furniture and Upholstery Store. The City of Louisville owns the property and leases it to the two tenants. <br />The City also owns the property to the north which is currently occupied by the Sweet Cow Ice Cream <br />1 <br />
