Boulder Rd., Boulder, CO <br />80303 <br />OWNER: City of Louisville, 749 Main St., Louisville, CO 80027 <br />PLANNER: Gavin McMillan, AICP, Planner III <br />LOCATION: 611 Front St., Lots 5 and 6, Block 4, Old Town Louisville Subdivision <br />ZONING: Commercial Cornrnunity (CC) <br />REQUEST: Case #11-022-VA Approval of a Floodplain Development Permit including a <br />variance to flood district regulations to place thirteen vendor sheds in the flood <br />regulatory district located at 611 Front Street. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The applicant, Karim Amirfathi, is requesting approval of a floodplain development permit including a <br />variance to flood regulatory district regulations to place thirteen (13) vendor sheds on the property located <br />at 611 Front Street. The property in question is Lots 5 and 6 of the Old Town Louisville Subdivision and <br />is located on the northwest corner of Pine Street and Elm Street. <br />The property is zoned Commercial Community (CC) and currently contains a 1,012 foot structure <br />housing the Altan Alma Organic Farm Store, operated by Mr. Arnirfathi, and the Radcliff Custom <br />Furniture and Upholstery Store. The City of Louisville owns the property and leases it to the two tenants. <br />The City also owns the property to the north which is currently occupied by the Sweet Cow Ice Cream <br />1 <br />
