He stated the City of Louisville has <br />an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Town of Superior which provides a committee <br />be created consisting of three Superior Trustees, three Louisville Council Members and <br />one Staff member. He stated that Superior has gone forward on this matter without <br />Louisville's input and recommends that Mayor Davidson contact the Mayor of Superior <br />and strongly urge that this committee be activated and be involved in all Interchange <br />discussions. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that residents brought to his attention issues that still exist with the <br />permit-parking program around the St. Louis School.
