"Commencing at the N~ corner of Section 8, T1S, R69W, of the 6th P.M., thence N. 89037'50" W, 988.00 feet along the North line of said Section B, to the true point of beginning: Thence N. 89037'50" W, 310.00 feet along the North line of said Sec- tion 8; thence S 0022'10" W, 100.00 feet to a point of curve to the right; thence Southerly along the arc of said curve to the right to a point tangent, said arc having a radius of 240.00 feet and a delta angle of 25059" right; thence S 26018'10" W, 509.23 feet to a point on the Couth line of the N~ of the N~ of the NW~ of said S'ection 8; thence S 89040'10" E,987.52 feet along the South line of the N~ of the NJ.:2 of the NW4 of said Section 8; thence North, 141.77 feet; thence N 550 OO'W, 340.00 feet; thence N 24015' W, 360.00 feet to the true point of beginning. TI-iA T an emergency exists for said annexation in that plans for the immediate development of the territory affected, both within and without the City of Louisville, by the within amendment are being unduly delayed pending pass- age of this ordinance, and therefore, the City Council of Louisville FINDS AND DECLARES that the adoption of this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of Louisville, and that this ordinance shall be effective as law provides after adoption and publi- cation.
