PETITION FOR ANNEXATION (Note: This petition must be filcd ~'ith the Clerk of the City of Louisville together with tile original and four prints of the annexation map within 180 days of signing.) To the City Council of the City of LOluisville: The Undersigned, in accordance with ~.rticle 21, Chapter 139, Colorado Revised Statutes 1963, hereby petition the City Council of the City of Louisville for annexation to ~he City of Louisville the following described unincorporated territory located in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, to-wit: A tract of land in Section 8, T1S, R69W, of the 6th P.M. ~lenCing at the Nt corner of Section 8, TIS, R69W, of the 6th P.M., thence N. 890 37'50" W, 988.00 feet along the North line of said Section 8, to the true point of beginning; Thence N 89037'50" W, 310.00 fel~t along the North line of said Section 8; Thence S 0022'10" W, 100.00 feet to a point of curve to the right; Thence Southerly along the arc IDf said curve to the right to a point tangent, said arc having a radius of 240.00 feet i!lnd a delta angle of 25056' right; Thence S 26018'10" W, 509.23 feet to a point on the South line of the N\ of the N~ of the Nw~ of said Section 8; . ." ~ Thence S 89040'10" E, 987.52 feet along the South line of the N\ of the N\ of the NW\ of said Section 8; Thence North, 141.77 feet; Thence N 55000, W, 340.00 feet; ~hence N 24Q15' W, 360.00 feet to the true point of beginning. And in support of the said petition" your petitioners allege that: 1. It is desirable and necess~Lry that the above described territory be annexed to the City of Louisville; 2. Not less than one-sixth of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City of Louisville; 3. A community of interest ex:lsts between the territory proposed to be,annexed and the City of Louisville; 4. The territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future; 5. The territory proposed to be annexed is integrated or is capable of being integrated with the City of Louisville; 6. No land held in identical ownership, whether consisting of one tract or parcel of real estate of two or more contiguous tracts of parcels of real estate: (a) is divided into separate parts or parcels without the written consent of the landowner or landowners thereof, unless such tracts or parcels are separated by a dedicated street, road or other public way; (b) cot:lprising twenty acres or more and which, together with the buildings and it:lprove- ments situated thereon has an assessed value in excess of two hundred thousand dollars for ad valorem tax purposes fOlr the year preceding the annexation is included within the territory proposed to be a.nnexed without the written consent of the land owner or landowners. 7. The signers of the petition comprise the landowners or more than fifty percent of the territory included in the area proposed to be annexed, exclusive of streets and alleys; 8.
