The City at <br /> <br />its election may require that a master meter be installed or a meter for each <br /> <br />individual trailer pad; all actual costs to the City to be paid by applicant. <br /> <br />If a master meter is installed, the owner shall pay the minimum monthly fee as <br /> <br />provided in 13-1-23 for each trailer pad together with cost of water used over <br /> <br />the minimum allowance authorized per tap, if any. <br /> <br />b) A separate tap fee of $200.00 per unit will be charged for each <br /> <br />dwelling unit in a multiple f,amily dwelling in lieu of above connection fees and <br /> <br />all actual costs to City to b,e paid by applicant as above. The actual size of <br /> <br />the tap will be determined by the City Administrator. <br /> <br />13-1-7 Outside User Fees. For any tap applied for where the service is re- <br /> <br />quested is outside of the City limits the fee will be double the connection fees <br /> <br />required in 13-1-6, and actual costs to City as above provided in 13-1-6. <br /> <br />13-1-8 Special Fees. All necessary pipe, fittings, valves, shut off, trenching, <br /> <br />back filling and installation of the tap, must be at the expense of the consumer <br /> <br />and under the supervision of the Water Superintendent. All water service connec- <br /> <br />tion and all water service extensions, both within and without the corporate <br /> <br />limits, are subject to special fees as adopted by the City. Tapping must be <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />done by a licensed plumber and a standard corporation cock and expansion joint, <br /> <br />furnished by the City, mus t be used. <br /> <br />13-1-9 <br /> <br />Size of Service Tap. <br /> <br />No service tap shall be more than three- <br /> <br />fourths 0/4") inch in diameter unless special permission is given for <br /> <br />a bigger tap, and all plumbing through which water is used shall be <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
