Section 6: -Free Distribution Services- Mountain States Video shall install, operate and maintain, free of charge, lines and facilities for reception of its cable television distribution services through an outlet at each of the following: (a) At each public, or parochial, elementary, and secondary school within the City; (b) At each public or private accredited college; (c) At the Louisville Public Library; (d) At the Louisville Police Station; (e) At the Louisville Fire Station. (f) Any of the foregoing may request the installation of one or more additional outlets 'and the same shall be installed by Mountain States Video at an amolttlt equal to the time and material cost therefor. In no event, however, shall Moun- tain States Video charge a monthly service charge to said estab1ishmen1ts, regardless of the number of outlets in- stalled. Section 7: -Local Television Studio- Within ninety (90) mys after the commencement of the CATV system herein envisioned, Molttltain States Video shall install, and thereafter maintain, facilities, including television cameras and studio, for the transmission through its distri- bution system of locally-emanating television programs and to reserve one television channel for the transmission of such programs. The method, and manner of operation of such facilities, including the places and times of operation, as well as the persons or groups who shall be entitled to use the same, shall be mutually agreed upon, from time. to time, between Mountain States Video, and the City Council of the City of Louisville or its designee. Section 8: -Prohi.bitions- Nothing herein contained shall in any wise be construed to change, alter, or limit the height of any private tele- vision antenna or tower nc>w or hereafter erected appurtenant to residential television reception equipment, and all operations and installations of -5-
