" (d) In the event of a revocation of the license herein granted, all equipment and facilities located upon, in, through, under or o~~r any public street or alley shall be removed within a pexiod of one (1) year after the effective date of any repealing ordinance and all streets and alleys shall be repaired and restored to good condition in a manner approved by the City Manager or his designated a gen t. ~ (e) The City of Louisville by its City Council, City Manager or other designated agent, at their sole discretion, may require Mowltain States Video to post a reasonable per- formance bond with the City Clerk prior to the company removing a~r of its equipment or facilities in any of the streets and alleys of the City to guarantee that the streets and alleys will be repaired to their former condition. Section 5: -Service and Rates- The distribution services of the cable television system shall be available to every dwelling unit or com- mercia establishment within the boundaries of the City of Louisville and all charges therefor shall be uniform; provided, however, that nothing here- in shall be construed to prohibit the utilization of those facilities 10- cated within the City of Louisville for the distribution of the television signals outside the boundaries thereof. The initial rates to be charged subscribers to the systernl shall not be more than as follows: Installation fees: One set hook-up in private home One set hook-up in commercial estab1ishment- actual ti.me and material cost. $9.95 Additional outlets Relocation Reconnection Disconnection 1.50 3.50 3.50 Free Monthly service charges: First outlet Each additional outlet 4.75 1.00 No rates shall be increased without the express consent of the City Council of the City of Louisville, as evidenced by a resolution thereof, adopted, after a public hearing ~)on Mountain States Video request for an increase in rates. -4-
