Power Line Po1es.-Whenever power line poles are located <br /> <br />within limits of proposed construction, the office of the City Manager <br /> <br />shall be so advised by the contractor at the time application is made for <br /> <br />permit. Arrangements will then be made for relocating such poles out- <br /> <br />~ .,1 <br />~ <br /> <br />side the area to be concreted if re10ation is feasible. Concrete shall <br /> <br />not be placed at pole locations until it has been moved or City Manager <br /> <br />advises contractor :it is satisfactory to proceed without pole being moved. <br /> <br />Section 11. Trees.--When trees are located within area to be con- <br /> <br />creted and approval is given by the City Manager to such trees being left <br /> <br />in place, an open space eighteen (18) inches wide shall be left around <br /> <br />each tree. It will not be necessary to leave 18" open space between a <br /> <br />tree and the edge of a walk extending along only one side of a tree. <br /> <br />Section 12. \oJ'ater Stop Boxes.--Water stop boxes located within areas <br /> <br />to be concreted shall be adjusted by the contractor to be flush with the <br /> <br />surface of the fini.shed concrete. <br /> <br />Section 13.
