<br />Clerk of the City of Louisville, Colorado, at least fifteen days preceding <br />said hearing and may be inspected by any interested person between the hours <br />of 8:30 o.clock A.M. and 4tOO o'clock P.M., Monday through Friday. After <br />a public hearing thereon, Clnd final reading and adoption by reference, the <br />Codes as finally adopted shall be ayailable for sale to the public through <br />the office of the City Cler-k at a price not to exceed the actual cost to <br />the City plus a 50~ handling charge. <br /> <br />Section 5. Any violation of the Code adopted herein by the City <br />of Louisville, Colorado, from and after the effective date thereof shall <br />be punishable by a fine not exceeding Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or <br />imprisonment for a term not exceeding ninety (90) days or by both such fine <br />and imprisonment. <br /> <br />Section 6. If any part, section, subsection, sentence, clause <br />or phrase of this ordinance or of the Codes adopted hereby is for any <br />reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity <br />of the remaining portions of this ordinance or of said Code; the City <br />Council hereby decl ares thalt it woul d have passed thi s ordi nance and <br />adopted said Codes, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase <br />thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone or more parts, sections, <br />subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid. <br /> <br />Section 7.
