Clerk of the City of Louisville, Colorado, at least fifteen days preceding said hearing and may be inspected by any interested person between the hours of 8:30 o.clock A.M. and 4tOO o'clock P.M., Monday through Friday. After a public hearing thereon, Clnd final reading and adoption by reference, the Codes as finally adopted shall be ayailable for sale to the public through the office of the City Cler-k at a price not to exceed the actual cost to the City plus a 50~ handling charge. Section 5. Any violation of the Code adopted herein by the City of Louisville, Colorado, from and after the effective date thereof shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) or imprisonment for a term not exceeding ninety (90) days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Section 6. If any part, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance or of the Codes adopted hereby is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance or of said Code; the City Council hereby decl ares thalt it woul d have passed thi s ordi nance and adopted said Codes, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase thereof, irrespective of the fact that anyone or more parts, sections, subsections, sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid. Section 7. Substantial amounts of new construction are now in the planning stage and all such plans should comply with the most up-to-date standards that are available; therefore, the City Council is of the opinion that the adoption hereof is immediately necessary for the protection of the public safety and welfare and the within ordinance shall become effective five (5) days aft~r the second publication as provided by law.
