<br />(b) Parks and Recreational Fees.-- The fee determined by <br />virtue of this ordinance, and any subsequent amendment thereto, to be <br />used for the creation of the City of Louisville Park and Recreational <br />Fund. <br /> <br />(c) Contractor.-- Any person, firm, partnership, joint <br />venture, or corporation, required to obtain a building permit under <br />City of Louisville Ordinance No. 385 adopting by reference the Uniform <br />Building Code, or any other City of Louisville ordinance adopting sub- <br />sequent editions of the Uniform Building Code. <br />(d) Floor Area.-- The area included within the surrounding <br />exterior walls of a building or portion thereof, measured from the <br />inside of all exterior walls, excluding parking garages, public hallways, <br />and public stairwells. <br />(e) Building Official.-- The officer charged with the <br />administration and enforcement of the Uniform Building Code, as adopted <br />by the City of Louisville, or his regularly authorized deputy. <br />(f) Building.-- Any structure withoutl'Eference to use or <br />occupancy for which a building permit is required by the ordinances <br />of the City of Louisville. <br />(g) Treasurer.-- The duly appointed Treasurer of the <br />City of Louisville. <br />SECTION 2. PavrnentofRecreationalFees. <br />(1) Any contractor applying for a building permit in accordance <br />with the applicable ordinances of the City of Louisville, shall as a <br />condition of obtaining such building permit, pay to the City of Louisville <br />a parks and recreational fee: <br />(a) For any buildings constructed in EI Estate District, <br />R 1 Residential District, R-2 Residence District as defined in the <br />zoning ordinance for the City of Louisville (Chapter 25, Louisville <br />Municipal Code, as amended) a parks and recreational fee of twenty-five <br /> <br />-2- <br />
