<br />(9) A statement by the land surveyor explaining how bearings were deter- <br />mined; <br />( 10) Signature and sea I of ,the reg I stered I and. surveyor; <br />(I I) A delineation of the extent of the fifty (50) year and one hundred <br />(100) year flood plain, the effective date thereof and that the <br />same Is subject to change; <br />(12) Signature block for City Council with signature by the Mayor, <br />City Clerk and Planning Commission Secretary. <br /> <br />A general form to assist the subdivider, which includes al I of the <br />above, shal I be available upon request. <br /> <br />(D) Other documents required at the time of submission of the Final Plat shal I <br />be: <br /> <br />(I) Prel iminary engineering drawings and outline specifications for <br />all publ ic faci lities to be instal led, I.e., water and sewer uti li- <br />ties, streets, and related improvements, bridges, and storm <br />drainage; <br />(2) Agreements made with ditch companies when needed; <br />(3) Guarantee(s) for public improvements as required under Section 2-103 <br />(EL <br /> <br />(E) A form of guarantee acceptable to the City must be furnished by the <br />subdivider to assure the instal Jation of al I required public Improvements <br />In an approved manner and in a reasonable period of time. Prior to the pre- <br />sentation and acceptance of the Final Plat by the City Counci I, the subdivider <br />shal I execute an agreement with the City of Louisvi lIe that guarantees shal I <br />be furnished for the construction of all required public Improvements. <br />Sui Iding permits wil I be issued for only that part of the plat for which the <br />required financial guarantee or guarantees has or have been provided. The <br />agreement to furnish said guarantees shal I be recorded to put purchasers and <br />other interested parties on notice. Upon written request from the subdivider, <br />a release may be obtained for a lot or lots from the City Counci I' when the <br />terms of the agreement have been satisfied tor the lot or lots Involved. <br /> <br />The agreement shall further provide that it at any time there is a breach of <br />such agreement, the City at Louisvil Ie may withhold approval of al I bui Iding <br />permits within the subdivision until such breach or breaches have been cured. <br /> <br />2-5 <br />
