It shall be the duty of the Town Clerk to vender a yearly statement to each water consumer showing the total yearly water rental, all of such rates and assessments shall be due and payable monthly in advance on the first day of each calendar month. If not so paid the applicable provisions of Rul 6 Section 7 herein shall apply. SECTION 7. RULES AND REGULATIONS. The following rules and regulations are hereby established for the management, control and protection of. the Town Water Works. Said rules shall be considered a part of the contract with every person who takes water from the Town Water Works, and every person takin,-; water shall be considered as having express consent to be bound thereby. Rule 1. Application: A. For the use of water shall be amde to the Town Clerk at his office. The Application must be made by the owner or agent of the pro- perty to be benefitted, designating the location of the property and stating the purpose for which the water may be required. gal. gal. gal. gal. gal. gal. B. Out of Town users: to apply to Town Board Rule 2. At the time of making the application, the Town. Clerk shall collect the sum of *25.00 from all consumers within the corporate limits of the Town, and i 300.00 from all consumers outside the ' corporate limits of the Town.
