<br />If . - <br /> <br />notify the licensing authority of such violation. <br /> <br />Section 6. The licensing authority, upon notice from the Town Marshall, <br /> <br />Town Manager or Police Officers of the Town of Louisville, shall have the <br /> <br />power to suspend the dancing license for a period not to exceed five days. <br /> <br />Notice of such suspension shall be given by mailing the same, in writing, <br /> <br />to the licensee at the address contained in such license. <br /> <br />Section 7. The licensing authority shall within said five day period set <br /> <br />a hearing date, at which time the holder of said license may appear and be <br /> <br />afforded an opportunity to be heard. <br /> <br />Section 8. Said licensing authority, after such hearing, shall have the <br /> <br />power to suspend said dancing license for a maximum periOd of six months, or <br /> <br />to revoke said license. <br /> <br />Section 9. In the event that said license is suspended or revoked, no part <br /> <br />of the fees paid therefor.' shall be returned to the holder of the license. <br /> <br />Section 10. Any person violating any provisions of this Ordinance <br /> <br />shall, upon conviction, be fined a sum of not less than $25.00, nor more than <br /> <br />$300.00 for each offense. <br /> <br />Section 11. All other Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict <br /> <br />with this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />It is hereby declared than an emergency exists and this Ordinance is <br /> <br />deemed necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, peace <br /> <br />and safety. <br /> <br />Introduced, read, passed and adopted this 3rd day of January, 1961. <br /> <br />Mayor. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />~~~~~ <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />rt <br />
