<br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />t. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDI NANCE NO. ~ l 9 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING SUBDIVISION STANDARDS FOR THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />"Section!. Any new areas' Or tracts of land which are hereafter to be dev- <br /> <br />elop~d ~n the Town of Louisville, C~lorado, shall be controlled by the standards <br /> <br />herein contained. <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />D E FIN I T ION S <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />As used in these regulations, the fol lowing words and phrases <br />ere defined to include the meaning set down after them: <br /> <br />I . <br /> <br />~ __ A public way having less width than a street and <br />~nated for speclel access to the rear of the improve- <br />ments to be constructed in the subdivision. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />EaseMent A grant or reservation of the right to use a <br />parcel of land for a specific purpose or purposes. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Lot __ A portion of a subdivision used or intended for use <br />as-a unit for transfer of ownership or for development. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />street __ A public WlY for sidewelk, roadwey and uti lity <br />instal lations, eing the entire width from lot line to lot <br />line and in":u,..ng the terms "highway", "road", "place", <br />"avenue", or other slmi lar designations. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Subdivider __ The person Including the owner, or agent for <br />the owner, dividing or proposing to divide land so as to <br />constitute a subdivision to be shown on a recorded plat. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Subdivision __ The division of any tract or parcel of land <br />in two or more lots, having less than 5 acres in anyone <br />lot, for the purpose, whether immediate or future, of <br />transfer of ownershi p, or for bui I ding deve I opment, or for <br />street use by reference to such subdivision or a recorded <br />plat thereof. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
