BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: "Section!. Any new areas' Or tracts of land which are hereafter to be dev- elop~d ~n the Town of Louisville, C~lorado, shall be controlled by the standards herein contained. Section 2. D E FIN I T ION S ~ As used in these regulations, the fol lowing words and phrases ere defined to include the meaning set down after them: I . ~ __ A public way having less width than a street and ~nated for speclel access to the rear of the improve- ments to be constructed in the subdivision. 2. EaseMent A grant or reservation of the right to use a parcel of land for a specific purpose or purposes. 3. Lot __ A portion of a subdivision used or intended for use as-a unit for transfer of ownership or for development. 4. street __ A public WlY for sidewelk, roadwey and uti lity instal lations, eing the entire width from lot line to lot line and in":u,..ng the terms "highway", "road", "place", "avenue", or other slmi lar designations. 5. Subdivider __ The person Including the owner, or agent for the owner, dividing or proposing to divide land so as to constitute a subdivision to be shown on a recorded plat. 6. Subdivision __ The division of any tract or parcel of land in two or more lots, having less than 5 acres in anyone lot, for the purpose, whether immediate or future, of transfer of ownershi p, or for bui I ding deve I opment, or for street use by reference to such subdivision or a recorded plat thereof. -1-
