<br />Section 3. Technical Plumbing Code. The Technical Plumbing <br />Code issued and published by the Colorado State Department of Public <br />Health, 4210 East 11th Avenue, Denver 20, Colorado, as adopted on <br />October 28, 1953 and amended on June 14, 1954, April 9, 1956, October <br />23, 1961 and December II, 1961, at least three copies of which have <br />been certified as true copies by the Mayor and Clerk of the Town of <br />Louisville and are now on file in the office of the Town Clerk, is <br />hereby enacted and adopted by reference as a secondary Code and in- <br />corporated herein. The said Code regulates and controls the design, <br />construction, quality of materials, workmanship and location of all <br />water, sewer and drainage pipes and all plumbing fixtures which are <br />installed, altered, or repaired for use in connection with any building <br />in the City of Louisville, and the purpose of the said Code is to pro- <br />tect the health, safety, property, and public welfare of the citizens <br />of the City of Louisville. <br /> <br />Section 4. National Electrical Code. The National Electrical <br />Code, November 1959 edition, issued ana-published by the National <br />Board of Fire Underwriters, 465 California Street, San Francisco 4, <br />California, at least three copies of which have been certified as <br />true copies by the Mayor and Clerk of the Town of Louisville and are <br />now on file in the office of the Town Clerk, is hereby enacted and <br />adopted by reference as a secondary Code and incorporated herein. <br />The said Code regulates and controls all electrical wiring, fixtures <br />and appliances, installed, altered or repaired in any building in <br />the City of Louisville as to design, construction, quality of <br />materials, workmanship and location. The purpose of this secondary <br />Code is to protect the life, property, health, and safety of the <br />citizens of the City of Louisville. <br /> <br />Section 5. Fire Prevention Code. The Fire Prevention Code, <br />1960 edition, iss~and publishea-ot the National Board of Fire Under- <br />writers, 465 California Street, San Francisco 4, California, at least <br />three copies of which have been certified as true copies by the Mayor <br />and Clerk of the Town of Louisville and are now on file in the office <br />of the Town Clerk, is hereby enacted and adopted by reference as a <br />secondary Code and incorporated herein. The said secondary Code pre- <br />scribes regulations consistent with nationally recognized good pract- <br />ice for the safeguarding to a reasonable degree of life and property <br />from the hazards of fire and explosion arising from the storage, hand- <br />ling and use of hazardous substances, materials and devices, and from <br />conditions hazardous to life or property in the use or occupancy of <br />buildings or premises. <br /> <br />Section 6. Model Traffic Ordinance. The Model Traffic Ordinance <br />For Colorado Municipalities issued and published by the Colorado Highway <br />Safety Council, a division of the Executive Department of the State <br />Government, under date of January 15, 1952, at least three copies of <br />which have been certified as true copies by the Mayor and Clerk of the <br />Town of Louisville and are now on file in the office of the Town Clerk, <br />is hereby enacted and adopted by reference as a secondary Code and in- <br />corporated herein; save and except such portions thereof as are deleted, <br />
