Any person impris- <br />oned ror-non-payment or-a rTne:-who-rs-required to work for <br />the city as provided in section 32.5 hereof, shall be allowed, <br />exclusive of his board, the additional credit of $2.00 per <br />day for each day's work, on account of such fine and costs. <br />(C.R.S. 1953, 139-84-14) <br /> <br />"31.4 Penalties for Traffic Violations. Sections 105, <br />116, 1~118 and 135 or-the Model Traff1c Ordinance, relating <br />to penalties are hereby deleted and all offenses for traffic vi- <br />olations shall be subject to the general penalties as provided <br />in Chapter 32 of this Code. In addition thereto, if j in the <br />opinion of the police magistrate he deems it advisable the right <br />to drive avehicle upon the streets of the City may be revoked <br />for a period not to exceed six months." <br /> <br />Section 8. The Town Board herewith finds and determines and desig- <br />nates that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation <br />of the public peace, health and safety; and whereas in the opinion of <br />the Town Board an emergency exists for the reason that there are no <br />published copies of the ordinances of the Town of Louisville available <br />for sale or distribution, and that the same are necessary for the proper <br />administration and enforcement of the ordinances of the City; this <br />ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days after its <br />final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this.2' 7'. day of March, A.
