<br /> <br />I I <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />327 8 <br /> <br />AN ORDINi' NCE E~;TABLISHING U ND USE 70NING DISTHICTS I N THE <br />TOWN OF LOUI SVILLE; RECULATING THE USE cr; THE LAND AJ\1J) THE <br />USE t BULK, HEIC:HT t AREA AND YPRD SPACES OF BUILDINC,S; <br />ADOPTING A MAP or SAID '70N1NG DETRICTS; PROVIDING FOR THE <br />ADJUSTMENT, FNr:ORCEMENf AND AMENDMLJ\11' THEREOF; PRESCRIBING <br />PF"JALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF ITS PROVISIONS; AND REPEAL- <br />ING I'll, ORDINA NCES IN CCNr.LICT flEREl"ITH. <br /> <br />BE IT (f!RDAINTID PY THE BOARD or TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF LOUISVILLE, <br /> <br />"OLOP ADO: <br /> <br />SECTION I <br /> <br />1.1 Establishment of Districts <br /> <br />In order to carry out the provisions of this ordinance, the Town of <br /> <br />Louisville is hereby divided into the followinp' zoning districts: <br /> <br />131 - Estate District <br /> <br />R1 - Residence District <br /> <br />R2 - Residence District <br /> <br />T <br /> <br />Transitional District <br /> <br />B - Business District <br /> <br />I - Industrial District <br /> <br />ED - Economic Development District <br /> <br />1.2 Boundaries <br /> <br />The boundaries of these districts are established as shown on a <br /> <br />map entitled "7oning District Map" of the Town of Louisville, dated December <br /> <br />12th, 1961 , which map is hereby made a part of this ordinance. <br /> <br />District bomndRry lines are lot lines; the center lines of street, <br /> <br />alleys, highway right-of-ways, railroad right-of-ways or such lines extended; <br /> <br />section lines; municipal corporate lines; natural boundary lines such as <br /> <br />streams; or other lines drawn to scale on the Zoning District Map. <br /> <br />Disputes concerning the exact lOCation of any district boundary <br /> <br />line shall be decided by the Board of Adjustment. <br /> <br />Where a lot is divided at time of enactment of this ordinance or <br /> <br />by subsequent amendments, by a zoning district boundary line, the less <br /> <br />restrictive zone requir~ments may be extended not more than 25 feet into the <br /> <br />more restrictive zonin~ district adjacent to such line. <br /> <br />~ i <br />
