II SEcrION II 2.1 General App ication Except as hereinafter otherwise provided: 1. N01building shall be erected and no existing building shall be mm~ed, altered, added to or enlarged, nor shall any land, bui\lding or premises be used, designs ted or intended to be used I I fori any purpose or in any manner other than is included among the uses hereinafter listed as permitted in the district in whith such building, land or premises is located. i 2. No tuilding shall be erected, reconstructed or structurally I altered to exceed in height the limit hereinafter designated for the district in which such building is located. 3. No ~uilding shall be erected, nor shall any existing building I be ~ltered, enlarged or rebuilt, nor shall any open space I sur~ounding any building be encroached upon or reduced in any man1er, except in conformity to the yard, building site area and rUilding lOcation regulations hereinafter designated for the tlistrict in which such building or open space is located. \ 4. No y?rd or other open space provided about any building for the \ purp~se of complying with provisions of this Ordinance shall be i considered as providing a Yard or other open space for any othet building, and no yard or other open space on one lot sh31~ be considered as providing 8 yard or open space for a buil~inv on any other lot.
