Recreation Center for staging non-profit and community events. He congratulated the
Recreation Center Staff for all their fine work.

Davidson stated that the in the late 1980's the City adopted a smoking ordinance which
for it's time, was appropriate. However, times have changed and the ordinance needs
updating. He suggested that the City form a Task Force made up of concerned business
owners and citizens to review and update the Ordinance.

Howard reported that the senior citizens voiced concern about the entrance/exit ramp into
the Recreation Center swimming pool. The ramp is located on the south side of the pool
and the water aerobics classes are located on the north end of the pool. The senior
citizens must cross the lap lanes to enter and exit the pool. Howard suggested that the
Staff review the scheduling of the classes.

ADJOURNMENT

Sisk moved that Council adjourn (8:45 p.m.), seconded by Howard. All in favor.

ATTEST:

Nancy Va~ra, City Clerk

Davidson, Mayor

12
