Local Licensing Authority Minutes March 28, 2011 • Page 2 of 6 Approval of Consent Agenda-The following items on the Local Licensing Authority Agenda are considered routine by the Authority and the consent agenda as a whole shall be approved not as individual items, accepted, etc. by motion of the Authority and roll call vote unless the Local Licensing Authority or Authority Member specifically requests such item be considered under"Authority Business". In such an event the item shall be removed from the"Consent Agenda" and the Authority action taken separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda. Those items so approved under the heading "Consent Agenda"will appear in the Authority minutes in their proper order. A. Renewal Application -Carrabba's Italian Grill — Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License — 575 McCaslin Blvd B. Renewal Application — LiOu Asian Grill, Inc. d/b/a East West Grill — Beer and Wine Liquor License — 1387 E. South Boulder Road # G C. Renewal Application — Gibraltar, LLC d/b/a Café de Paris — Beer and Wine Liquor License — 908 Main St. Ste 1B D. Change of Manager— Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. d/b/a Chipotle Mexican Grill — Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License — 375 S. McCaslin Blvd. Unit D • J. Special Events Permit Application — Downtown Business Association — Steinbaugh Pavilion — Street Faire Dates K. Renewal Application —American Legion Walter Rhodes Post No. 0111 — Club Liquor License — 1150 Pine Street Wilson called for any changes to the consent agenda. Rommelfanger moved the consent agenda be approved as previously amended (items E-I removed to Authority Business). Lipton seconded. Wilson — yes, Lipton — yes, Rommelfanger- yes and Machado- yes. Consent agenda approved as amended. Authority Business A. Public Hearing — New Tavern Liquor License — LuLu's BBQ, LLC d/b/a LuLu's BBQ — 701 B Main St. Vice-Chairperson Wilson opened the public hearing. Realizing the applicant was not present, the hearing was moved to later on the agenda. B. Special Events Permit Application — Louisville Chamber of Commerce - June 4 Event Downtown • Shelley Angell of the Chamber of Commerce introduced herself to the Authority. She told the Authority there was special training arranged with the Police Department for the servers at the event. She was asked about the removal of the alcohol and responded it was all being taken away by the vendor providing it.
