Renewal Application -WGPCC, LLC d/b/a Coal Creek Golf Course - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License w/ Optional Premises - 585 W. Dillon Road D. Transfer Application - (Internal Corporate Change) Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC d/b/a Carrabba's Italian Grill #608 - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 575 S. McCaslin Blvd. E. Transfer Application - (Internal Corporate Change) Outback Steakhouse of Florida, LLC d/b/a Outback Steakhouse #616 - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License - 988 Dillon Road 1111 Gunning called for-any changes to the consent agenda. Lipton moved the consent agenda be approved. Carlson seconded. Machado - yes, Lipton -yes, Rommelfanger - yes, Carlson - yes and Gunning - yes. Consent agenda approved. Authority Business A. Show Cause Hearing - Richard N. Hand, LLC d/b/a Ralphie's Sports Tavern - 585 E. South Boulder Road -2/10/11 Incident Chairperson Gunning opened the show cause hearing and asked the attorneys for the City and for the licensee to introduce themselves and report if they were ready to proceed. Kristin Brown, Special Prosecutor introduced herself and Adam Stapen, Attorney for the licensee introduced himself to the Authority. Mr. Stapen reported a stipulation had been reached. Ms. Brown outlined the stipulation. It stipulated a guilty plea to one violation concerning serving to a visibly intoxicated person, serving a 7 day suspension with 4 days held in abeyance, training for employees and the opportunity to pay a fine-in-lieu. Mr. Stapen stated the licensee desire to know if the Authority would be amenable to allowing the fine-in-lieu instead of prohibiting alcohol service for the days. He stated this would make a big difference to his client whether they would give up their right to • present testimony. The Authority discussion centered on whether it was appropriate to group the stipulations for all the show cause hearings or indicate at this time if a fine in lieu would
