Trails have
been proposed relative to grade to ensure good drainage. Crusher
fine contract is being researched by Ember. David brought up the
issue of the value of this project versus other areas of the city.
Kathy indicate~d that this trail is listed next on the priority list for the
city for construction as part of the ongoing connectivity of Louisville
trails. David brought up property proximity concerns for the new
trail. Kathy stated that due to geographic features of Fisher Farms,
the trail will come close to homes, but every effort will be made to
make that distance as great as possible. Surface will be concrete
on the south end because it will be tying in to existing concrete
trails.

City of Louisville
Land Management Department 749 Main Street Louisville CO 80027
303.335.4735 (phone) 303.335.4738 (fax) www.ci./ouisville.co.us
