The property is located at the southeast corner of Main Street and South Street; Lots 9 <br />- 12, Block 1, Town of Louisville. <br />. The property is just over 1 half an acre in area (23,700 SF) and is currently occupied <br />by five (5) buildings, one of which will remain (920 Main St., Louisville Florist in the <br />former Joe's Market). <br />. The final PUD proposes a total combined SF of38,600 SF to be allocated to a two, <br />and three-story structure with below grade parking. The main level footprint is <br />proposed at 18,350 SF; the second floor is approximately 15,000 SF (6,800 SF office <br />and 6,100 SF residential; and the third floor is approximately 8,900 SF, all of it is <br />proposed as residential. <br />. The property is subject to the requirements of Downtown Louisville Framework Plan, <br />the Downtown Design Handbook, and the Louisville Municipal Code pertaining to <br />building height, off-street parking and overall Floor Area Ration (FAR). <br />.
