<br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />MAY 10, 2007 <br />Page 7 of 9 <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed / Commission Comments: <br />Sheets stated her support for the bonus and incentives a presented by Staff and the Historic <br />Preservation Commission. <br /> <br />Deborski stated the incentives could help retain the character of Old Town and therefore he <br />supports the request. <br /> <br />Pritchard stated he does not support the proposal because it restricts the private property rights. <br /> <br />Lipton stated he supports the incentives. <br /> <br />Loo also stated she supports the incentives and requested the Historic Preservation Commission <br />consider doing more public education. <br /> <br />Dalton stated he supports the request. <br /> <br />Hartman stated her support and suggest to staff that a press release to written. <br /> <br />Pritchard moved and Dalton seconded a motion to enter into record the pictures provided to <br />demonstrate how a lot could be developed through the use of incentives.
