Easements are <br />hereby under, over, through and across the Alley Right-of-Way for the operation, maintenance, <br />repair and replacement of existing private utilities. A request to amend the existing Innovative Openings final planned unit development <br />(PUD) plan for a 6,000 SF warehouse addition for Innovative Openings at 667 S. <br />Pierce Ave., Lots 15-17, Block 2 CTC 1. <br />. The request would amend the existing PUD for Lots 15 and 16 to include Lot 17 and <br />include the expansion of the loading dock on Lot 16. <br />. The proposed building addition on Lot 17 would provide more storage for the <br />existing building of Lots 15 and 16. <br />. A new single-story warehouse building is approximately 6,000 SF in size. <br />. Building setbacks and the design of parking and vehicular circulation areas are in <br />compliance with the IDDSG. <br />
