or disapproval. The City Council may approve, deny or return a proposal <br />to the HPC for further information. <br />d. Grants may be given in installments upon the satisfactory completion of <br />portions of the project, or given in total upon the satisfactory completion <br />of the project. Conditions for the satisfactory completion of the project <br />shall be given when the grant is awarded. Grants may be revoked if the <br />conditions are not met. Grants given prior to the beginning of a project <br />may be given only in suitable situations, as recommended by the HPC <br />and approved by City Council. <br />e.Grants awarded pursuant to this Resolution shall notpreclude the <br />award of other incentives from the Historic Preservation Fund. <br />In addition to the procedures outlined herein, the administration of <br />grants shall be in compliance with all applicable procedures in <br />Resolution No. 20, Series 2009. <br />Section 6.
