In looking at the above scope of work from Westmark Design and Construction, staff <br />acknowledges the following items may be covered by the HPF grant: A, B, F, G, H, J, <br />K, M, 0, P, Q and R. If these items are funded, less $2,470 for previously funded work <br />completed on the carport, the grant amount being requested by Westmark Design and <br />Construction is $39,605. <br />Clark Street Builders <br />Clark Street Builders met on site with staff and the homeowner. They have reviewed <br />the engineer drawings and have created a bid specific to the site conditions and the <br />drawings provided by the structural engineer. <br />Clark Street Builders scope includes the following: <br />Scope (bolded items may be covered by HPF): <br />A. Asbestos Testing $11,000 <br />• This includes abatement <br />B. Structural Engineering $200 <br />• A request to have an on -site engineer Of needed) <br />C. Insurance $600 <br />• Corporate liability insurance <br />D. Permit $2,900 <br />• To pay for a building permit at the City of Louisville <br />E. Porta John $300 <br />• On -site job toilet <br />F. Trash removal $600 <br />• Removal of all site trash <br />G. Lumber $4,200 <br />• Dimensional lumber and sheathing to reinforce roof structure <br />H. Framing $7,200 <br />• Installation of lumber and sheathing <br />I. Heating /Air Conditioning $1,200 <br />• Remove existing furnace and replace <br />J. Plumbing $300 <br />• Remove existing water pipes and replace <br />K. Roofing $17,200 <br />• Remove existing and reinstall. Includes carport (which has already been <br />completed (previously funded for $2,470) <br />L. Concrete Flatwork $7,500 <br />• Cut and remove concrete and soil for new footing pads. <br />M. Masonry /Stucco $1,500 <br />• Stucco repair if necessary <br />N.
