Lumber /siding $10,000 <br />• Dimensional lumber and sheathing to reinforce roof structure <br />H. Framing $5,000 <br />• Installation of lumber and sheathing <br />I. Skylights $600 <br />• Remove existing skylights and replace with new skylights — carport <br />J. Roofing $11,000 (less $2,470) <br />• Remove existing and reinstall. Includes carport (which has already been <br />completed (previously funded for $2,470) <br />K. Masonry /Stucco $1,500 <br />• Stucco repair if necessary <br />L. Insulation $3,000 <br />• Remove existing insulation in attic and replace with blow in fiberglass over <br />vapor barrier <br />M. Drywall $2,000 <br />• Repair or replace drywall on ceiling (as necessary) <br />N. Painting $1,500 <br />• Paint interior and exterior, as needed <br />O.
