Fees for opening graves and use of equipment. <br /> Fees for opening graves, disinterring bodies, and the use of equipment shall be <br /> established by the city manager or the director of parks and recreation as the <br /> manager's designee. <br /> Section 4. Section 4.04.020 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby to read as follows <br /> (words to be added are underlined): <br /> Sec. 4.04.020. Group use. <br /> Group use reservations are required for use of open space by any group of 25 or <br /> more.Requests must include the group affiliation,date and time of use,trails or areas <br /> to be used and other details of the use. If, in the opinion of the city council or the <br /> director the activity will cause significant impact to the natural environment or will <br /> require significant departmental resources,the city may prescribe by order of the city <br /> manager a fee which includes the costs expected to be incurred by the land <br /> management department, or deny permission for the activity <br /> Section 5. Subsection A.1 of Section 10.18.130 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are in strikeout; words to be added are underlined): <br /> Sec. 10.18.030. Permits and regulations. <br /> • A. Upon designation of a parking permit zone or lot,the city manager shall, upon <br /> application, issue permits for parking within such zones or lots, subject to the <br /> following requirements: <br /> 1. The amount of the permit fee for parking in the various types of <br /> designated parking permit zones and lots shall be as established by order of the city <br /> manager - . . . <br /> Section 6. Section 14.16.070 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read <br /> as follows (words to be deleted are in strikeout; words to be added are underlined): <br /> Sec. 14.16.070. Fees and deposits. <br /> Upon the granting of a permit under this chapter,any fees or deposits required for the <br /> use of city personnel,parks,buildings,equipment and facilities shall be contained in <br /> the permit,and such fees or deposits shall be paid by the applicant prior to issuance <br /> of the permit. Fees and deposits required shall be set by the city manager or the <br /> director as the manager's designee, subject to the approval of the city council.Fees <br /> for special equipment and/or personnel unknown at time of application will be billed <br /> after the activity when computation thereof is accomplished. <br /> Section 7.
